Training & support

As Computaccount Ltd, we've been providing software consultancy and training for over 20 years, from Sage products (where we began) to cloud-based technology, where we know the world to be heading. This latter element of our offering is the particular responsibility of our CloudTamer development team, and they will support you in any add-ons and Apps so you get exactly what you need from the moment you turn the systems on. Our support options range from occasional email to telephone contact available 24/7/365 to dedicated consultant (aka: drop-everything level), as you require.

Supplementary software written

We only work with software which cuts cost, reduces downtime and maximises efficiency. Although we'll source the best-of-breed platforms for your unique requirements, off-the-peg software may well not fit your requirements perfectly. This becomes a job for our CloudTamer Development Team to write bespoke software, add-ons and Apps, to create the perfect solution. These can be stand-alone or add-ons to existing systems. Implementation

We're flexible! Your implementation can be

• turn-key - your system is delivered configured and ready to use, so all you need to do is press the 'start' button
• shared - we work alongside your staff to implement the system, sharing the tasks, or
• guided - we train your staff and they implement your system with our guidance and full support.

What we won't do is abandon you with a pile of discs and a manual. That is the joy of hosted software, regularly updated and constantly monitored.
